Why We Salsa

Jimmy’s Small Batch Salsa was born in our family’s kitchen at La Cocina ~ A Mexican Concept in Casper, Wyoming. For over 30 years, our dad Jim has made this bold, garlicky salsa by hand — the same way, every time. He’s the only one who’s ever made it.

People came from all over Wyoming just to get it. We’ve even been asked to ship it on dry ice.

Jimmy’s is about more than flavor. Addiction is part of our story, and recovery shapes how we live, give, and build today. A portion of every batch supports recovery programs and people rebuilding their lives.
