Jimmy’s started in our family restaurant in Wyoming nearly 30 years ago.

Same recipe. Same hands. Same salsa being passed around tables night after night.

Somewhere along the way, people started asking to take it home.

To ship it over dry ice.

To bring it to birthdays, backyard dinners, late nights, and kitchen tables of their own.

So this is us, slowly building that idea into something real.

Jimmy's is a recipe shaped by joy, hard years, second chances, loud kitchens, rock-and-roll energy, and the kind of meals that remind you of home.

It carries Jim’s energy in every part of it:
bold, alive, a little chaotic, deeply comforting, and made to be shared.

This isn’t just salsa to us.
It’s memory.
It’s people lingering after dinner.
It’s music too loud in the kitchen.
It’s rebuilding your life and feeding people anyway.
